About Me
My name is Ryan Hamilton, though many know me as Egon. I was born in West Virginia, traveled worldwide to gain my education, and returned to raise my kids.
Work with me if you want a representative with the skills and technology to match sellers with buyers. I follow three codes of conduct: the Law, the National Association of Realtors, and the example set forth by Christ.
After much thought about difficulties in the market, I have decided to transfer to a different career. I realized that I could either wrestle with other agents for the limited pool of customers, or resign and let the other agents have a better chance of helping clients. If you are in the market to buy a house, there are currently a half million more sellers than buyers, so you have a lot of bargaining power.
